The Family Day event was held at the Xiushan base TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING in China in late April. The initiative was jointly organised by three TSUNEISHI Group companies based in the region: TSUNEISHI Group (Zhoushan) Shipbuilding Inc. (hereafter “TZS”), TSUNEISHI (Shanghai) Ship Design Co., Ltd. (“TSSD”), and TSUNEISHI (Zhoushan) Iron Works, Inc. (“TZI”). The event welcomed aproximately 1,700 employees and their family members.

This annual initiative aims to foster greater understanding of the Group’s corporate culture, support the balance between work and family life, and enhance the overall wellbeing of its employees. As part of the programme, a commemorative ceremony was held to honour employees making 20 years of service.

Mr MURAKAMI, President and Director of TZS, and Mr ISHIMOTO, General Manager of TSSD, personally congratulated the award recipients, acknowledging their longstanding contributions to the Group’s success. The venue featured offered a variety of attractions, including game booths such as candy grabs and bowling, along with food stalls, creating a vibrant and enjoyable atomothphere for all attendees. Employees and their families also showcased their talents through on-stage performances, further enlivening the occasion.
