TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING Announces Company Name Changes and Unified Corporate Logo Across Shipbuilding Segment Companies
— Aiming to Strengthening Group Cohesion and Enhancing Competitiveness —

TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING Co., Ltd. (Fukuyama, Hiroshima, Japan) has announced that, effective Monday, 30 June, the following five companies within shipbuilding segment will undergo corporate name changes. Alongside this initiative, all companies within the shipbuilding segment will adopt the unified TSUNEISHI Group corporate logo.

These changes follow a strategic review of the capital structure within the segment and form part of broader efforts to respond to the fast-changing maritime landscape while pursuing sustainable growth.
