TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Fukuyama, Hiroshima, Japan) will implement a group reorganisation effective 1 September 2025, through the integration of its consolidated subsidiaries TSUNEISHI MIHO SHIPYARD Co., Ltd. and NIIGATA SHIPBUILDING & REPAIR, Inc. The newly integrated entity will continue under the name of TSUNEISHI MIHO SHIPYARD.

This reorganisation is designed to strengthen collaboration in the small- and medium-sized shipbuilding operations of the two companies, thereby enhancing the overall competitiveness of the TSUNEISHI Group. By optimising the allocation of management resources and expediting decision-making, the Group aims to achieve more efficient and agile business operations.

In the future, TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING will continue to leverage the specialised technologies, accumulated expertise, and human resources developed by both companies to further enhance its corporate value.
