Comment from OKAZAKI Haruka
“Thank you very much for your warm support, as always.
I competed in the World Cup held in Spain. This race turned into a very tough and unexpected situation, as I caught up with the athlete ahead of me and a re-run was called.
Even in such a demanding situation, I kept my focus through the re-run and came within one second of qualifying for the semi-final. Being able to compete this closely against the world’s top athletes gave me great confidence and a real sense of achievement.
From 22 September, I will be travelling to the venue ahead of my next international competition.
I will give everything I have to deliver my best performance when it matters, so I would be grateful for your continued support!”

OKAZAKI plans to hold a training camp in Tokyo ahead of her next international competition.

TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING will continue to support OKAZAKI as she takes on new challenges on the world stage.
