TZS on August 15th, THI on September 9th, held each of their 2022 Family Day Event.

Many employees with their families joined the enjoyable and cheerful event. 

In accordance with the corporate philosophy ” Pursuing stability and development of our business for the prosperity of our employees”, the Family Day Event held aimed to improve communication and intensify mutual friendship among employees with their families. 

Since COVID-19 infection has become slowdown, the event which had been shelved in recent years due to the pandemic, was resumed in 2022.

More than 200 employees with their family members participated in TZS 2022 Family Day Event.

They attended a tour of the ship launching ceremony, enjoyed a luncheon party, and the flowers were presented to the participants who had their birthdays. 

THI held its 2022 Family Day Event at the chartered “Anjo World”, one of the largest theme parks in Cebu.

All together 2,500 employees and their families participated.

After attending the  opening ceremony and other events, the employees and their families enjoyed themselves at various attractions and entertainment facilities in the amusement park and had  a great time in the Family Day Event. 

This initiative was conducted to foster the corporate unity and cohesion, and to showcase the appeals and attractiveness of the shipbuilding industry to our employees’ families.We will continue to strive to increase job satisfaction by improving working environment where the communication among employees can be facilitated.
