Support for Child Care and Elderly Care

Childbirth and childcare are two very important life events in nurturing new and young life. We give a number of options for employees to smoothly welcome such life-events and support them in being better parents: 1) Maternity Leave, 2) Parental Leave, 3) Paid Leave upon Childbirth for Spouses, 4) Shorter Working Hours and 5) Nursing Leave (when nursing a child).  We also have options for employees who are caregivers to their elderly and/or ailing family members, such as 1) Nursing Care Leave and 2) Shorter Working Hours.

Aside from these, our employees are also allowed to take paid leaves by 1) hourly basis, 2) half-day basis or 3) whole day basis, giving them the flexibility to choose the option that works best for them.
