TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING Group held TSUNEISHI Technical Skills Competition for the purpose of improving technology and transferring expertise and skills to young people from 2001.
Seven items, such as “steel cutting”, “welding”, etc. were conducted in the competition held in 2022. One of our Group company, MIHO SHIPYARD also joined the contest. The competition is not only a good opportunity to improve employees’ technical skills, and also a good opportunity to deepen the relationships among the employees of each Group companies.
In order to adapt to the changes in shipbuilding industry in future, and build and provide high-quality ships that meet the needs of our customers, we will strive for promoting the activities leading to the improvement of employees’ technology and skills.
