Aonagi Dormitory, a dormitory provided for single employees, is designed to facilitate communication among residents. It is equipped with individual rooms, a dining room, terrace, study space, and an exercise room, etc. It is not only close to the company, but also very near to supermarkets, convenience stores, hospitals, etc. With the convenient and comfortable environment, the employees can enjoy a rich and fulfilling life after work.
The dormitory for female employees is located in the center of Fukuyama City and is equipped with automatic security locks, etc., making the female employees living alone feel ease and safe.
With regard to the company housing for married employees and their families, we have Seto-no-Mori Housing which features a maisonette type connecting two residential units, and Seto Terrace which is designed resembling a ship, and gives a good view of the sea which is not far away from Seto Terrace.
By working on increasing the population of the area where the company is located, and counteracting depopulation and vitalizing the community, we strive to contribute to building a sustainable society.
