TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING Group has introduced the “Data Scientist Training Program”, partnering with JDSC Corporation (JDSC) to develop human resources with digital technology for the purpose of promoting sustainable management and business transformation. After being trained by the program, our employees gain data scientist skills. By using the data, we can make data-driven management possible, and realize the management decisions based on the data.
The Data Scientist Training Program allows us to run a large amount of multiple data sets driven by AI, and perform multivariate analysis in time-series, making our future business management predictable.
The members from Corporate Administration Dept., Information Strategy Dept., and Sales Dept., etc., participated in the training program firstly. We will have more employees from our Group companies learn the program and acquire data-driven skills and knowledge.
