In May 2024, Family Day was held at TZS, TSUNEISHI GROUP (ZHOUSHAN) SHIPBUILDING INC., which is Chinese factory of TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING.

This event is held every year to deepen friendship among our employees with their families, in line with corporate philosophy of “Developing stable business to ensure the happiness of employees”.

It marked the sixth time and was first co-hosted with TSSD, Tsuneishi (Shanghai) Ship Design Co., Ltd., as a ship design company, and TZI, Tsuneishi (Zhoushan) Iron Works Co., Ltd., as an ironworking company.
Over 1,000 people participated.

At the opening ceremony, directors and executives of TZS, TSSD, and TZI appeared in costume!
Mr. Murakami as General Manager said, “Family Day is an important day for employees and their families to enjoy and spend time together.
Let’s give the families an occasion to experience the achievements and atmosphere of the company and strengthen the bond between employees!” and declared the Family Day to be held.

The venue featured an amusement corner where visitors could experience mini-games and an abundance of food stalls selling refreshments.

On the outdoor stage, various performances were presented not only by professional dancers and singers, but also by employees and assignees, and participants enjoyed together.

Despite under the flaming sun, the venue was full of joy and the heat was blowing away.
At the final of the festival, all participants were presented with gifts.

Participants seemed really enjoying the event and didn’t want it to end!
That’s a great sign that the event was successful.
We could get a lot of amazing reaction from many participants.

Family Day is an event that brings employees and their families together to deepen exchanges.
We are already looking forward to the next one!
