In 2007, the Tsuneishi Group established the Tsuneishi Technical School on Xiushan island, where our Xiushan Factory (TZS) is located. The school aims to train engineers while providing career consultation. Approximately 20 trainees join the school every year for 2 years of technical learning followed by an internship at TZS in thier 3rd year, after which some of the trainees are employed by TZS. Since 2012 when we set up “the Tsuneishi Class” at Zhejiang International Shipping Academy, we have been providing scholarships and career consultation as in our Tsuneishi Technical School on Xiushan island. Through these activities, we continuously develop human resources for the maritime industry for succeeding generations.
