“Integrated maneuvering control system”(MMS) can easily control vessels during special maneuvers such as berthing & unberthing, in-port navigation, and oceanographic observations by integrally controlling multiple actuators which having different characteristics. MMS can contribute to improved your work efficiency and safety.
After-sales service and periodic maintenance
Based in Okayama, we provide consistent services in design, manufacturing, and after-sales. Our services are available all over Japan. Maintenance is performed in conjunction with periodic ship inspections to ensure that the equipment is always in good working condition.
Scope of business・Business flow
Hearing, design, development, manufacturing, installation and test.
1.
Propose optimal system according to operations, size of ships, and other customer requirements.
2.
Design the most suitable system for each ship's operation, including performance when equipments are installed.
3.
Design devices including hardware and software assumed with device positions and operations.
4.
Build system in our factory, make adjustments to simulate the same conditions as on board, including the ship’s motion, and provide system.
5.
At on board, adjust and check operation of various connecting devices, and confirm that equipments are working properly.
6.
During pre-delivery sea trial, performance of all functions of the equipments will be adjusted and tested.
7.
Propose and perform periodic maintenance during operational period of ship, and also respond to unexpected problems.

Achievements
Since 1985, when we installed the first Dynamic Positioning System(DPS) on the experimental subsea vessel ““Kaiyo””, we have received orders for 118 sets of integrated maneuvering control systems*. Our integrated maneuvering control systems can be installed on all types of vessels, regardless of size, type of vessel, or propulsion equipment installed on the vessels. From small (19 tons) to large (60,000 tons) vessels including passenger ships, research vessels, training ships, work ships, drilling ships, patrol vessels, and many others, we provide practical systems for the functions required by each ship and deliver in an optimally adjusted condition.
