We believe that a good rest leads to higher productivity while contributing to one’s well-being. We encourage our employees to avail their annual paid leaves. Our employees are allowed to take the leaves by 1) hourly basis, 2) half-day basis or 3) whole day basis, being given the flexibility to choose their best option.\u00a0 Our target is that at least 70% of annual paid leaves will be availed of by our employees.<\/p>\n
