Childbirth and childcare are two very important life events in nurturing new and young life. We give a number of options for employees to smoothly welcome such life-events and support them in being better parents: 1) Maternity Leave, 2) Parental Leave, 3) Paid Leave upon Childbirth for Spouses, 4) Shorter Working Hours and 5) Nursing Leave (when nursing a child).\u00a0 We also have options for employees who are caregivers to their elderly and\/or ailing family members, such as 1) Nursing Care Leave and 2) Shorter Working Hours.<\/p>\n

Aside from these, our employees are also allowed to take paid leaves by 1) hourly basis, 2) half-day basis or 3) whole day basis, giving them the flexibility to choose the option that works best for them.<\/p>\n
