{"id":241,"date":"2022-12-01T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-11-30T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tsuneishi.co.jp\/esg\/en\/?post_type=community&#038;p=241"},"modified":"2023-05-18T10:24:13","modified_gmt":"2023-05-18T01:24:13","slug":"support-education-development-through-corporate-practical-training-for-local-senior-high-school-students","status":"publish","type":"community","link":"https:\/\/www.tsuneishi.co.jp\/esg\/en\/community\/support-education-development-through-corporate-practical-training-for-local-senior-high-school-students\/","title":{"rendered":"Support education development through corporate practical training for local senior high school students"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Four 2nd-year students from Hiroshima Prefectural Shonan Senior<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>High School visited TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING to participate in<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>corporate practical training from July 26 to 29, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of this practical training program is to provide<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>the opportunities for the students to think about their future career<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>development by letting the students know &#8220;the rigors of working at<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>an actual workplace&#8221; and &#8220;the worthwhileness of working in their<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>hometown of Numakuma as a member of society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>After the training, the students said, &#8220;I am surprised that so many<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>people are involved in the processes of shipbuilding.&#8221; &#8220;Welding is<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>more difficult than I thought it would be.
