Challenge conventional thinking and aim for total customer satisfaction

Pursuant to the corporate vision, “Let us challenge conventional thinking,”
established in 2000, the industry’s first Panamax Bulker, KAMSARMAX, was born.

The maximum length of a ship that can enter Port Kamsar, a major shipping port in the Republic of Guinea

KAMSARMAX has the maximum length for a ship that can enter Port Kamsar, a major bauxite shipping port in the Republic of Guinea in the western part of Africa.
We increased the ship’s length by 4m from that of the conventional 76-thousand- ton-class Panamax bulker to 229m for increasing its DWT while keeping the beam enough to pass through the Panama Canal, thus realizing high transport efficiency. Named the “KAMSARMAX” *1 by TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING, the vessel is now an industry standard.
