TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING held a naming and launching ceremony for a 42,200MT bulk carrier on Monday 20 January at the No.1 berth of TSUNEISHI Factory.

Over 100 visitors, including guests of honor and kindergarten children from the Tsuneishi Sukusuku House, took part in the event as part of their social tour. Before the naming and launching, a celebration performance was given by the participating schoolchildren. At the moment of the spectacular launch, the visitors cheered as the huge vessel slid out to sea in front of them with our original music. After the successful launch, the new vessel will be moved to the factory pier for the remaining outfitting process.
