Supporting and Advancing the“Overseas Internship” organized by Institute of National Colleges of Technology

TSUNEISHI Holdings Corporation (Head Office: 1083 Tsuneishi Numakuma-cho Fukuyama-city Hiroshima, CEO: Katsushige Kambara, Hereinafter called “THD”) works to support and advance the Overseas Internship program, organized by the Institute of National Colleges of Technology (Headquarters: Hachioji City, Tokyo) to expand human resources including practical engineers who can work in international settings.

Through the Overseas Internship program, students and teachers at the Institute of National Colleges of Technology are sent to overseas work sites. THD supports this project, and concluded an agreement with the Institute on February 6th to further student interest in the shipbuilding industry, provide educational opportunities for those interested in working in the industry in the future.

One of THD’s overseas branches, TSUNEISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES (CEBU), INC., will accept four students and a teacher from four National Colleges of Technology for three weeks (March 8th (Sun.) to 28th (Sat.) ), offering training in such skills as process management and design drafting practices for shipbuilding.
