TSUNEISHI Corporation (head office: 1083 Tsuneishi Numakuma-cho Fukuyama-city Hiroshima, CEO: Katsushige Kambara, hereinafter called TSUNEISHI Corporation) will introduce a training program at the training/conference specialty facility from next spring, in order to educate and strengthen human resources in the TSUNEISHI group.

TSUNEISHI Corporation has a history of ensuring the quality of its human resources and skills training. We maintain facilities where trainees can strengthen such skills as welding and cutting, becoming experienced technicians, and where they receive safety awareness training to increase safety in the workplace. This new training/conference specialty facility will be used for intentional human resource development, focusing primarily on the acquisition of business knowledge in core areas critical to the TSUNEISHI group, including management, structure, personnel affairs, education, production, sales, marketing, and compliance.

The new facility will pursue the 3 L functions: Learning, Living, and Leisure. These are also a key part of American training/conference specialty facilities, and allow more effective training and conferences to be held.

The most important consideration in developing competitive technologies and products is excellent human resources. Thus, employee education is one of our most vital challenges, especially when seeking to expand the workforce. Anticipating the problem of diminishing availability of workers (particularly younger workers) in years to come, an attractive training facility is crucial to attract good human resources.
