April 4, 2003

Tsuneishi Corporation (Head office: 1083 Tsuneishi, Numakuma-cho, Hiroshima, President: Katsushige Kambara) announces that as of April 04, 2003, it will adopt a new corporate logo and put its corporation name in Roman letters, as part of its corporate branding strategy on the Tsuneishi Group’s 100th anniversary of business commencement.

The new corporate logo design is based on Tsuneishi Corporation Group’s symbol letter ““and “V”, a letter that stands for the three key words “Vessel,” “Value,” and “Vision.” Using deep navy blue as a background color that generates a calm atmosphere, the corporate logo symbolizes Tsuneishi gearing itself up for success as a shipbuilder in the 21st century.
We will immediately promote the use of the new logo in our factories, facilities and published documents.

Tsuneishi is currently implementing “Vision 2010,” in a determined effort to create a new company destined for success in the 21st century.
As part of our vigorous endeavor to create this type of corporate image, we adopted a new corporate logo, put our corporation name in Roman letters, adopted a new corporate anthem, and employed a new uniform design.
