Tsuneishi Corporation founded THI in 1994 as its overseas business project, and built a factory onsite.
This overseas foothold, a major development for the Tsuneishi Group, was rapidly developed into a shipyard that offers Japanese quality based on technology rapidly transferred from Japan.
The factory repaired 111 ships and constructed 7 vessels in 2001.

Launch ceremony of SC No. 001.

Delivery ceremony of SC No. 001.

Appointed as a PEZA (Philippine Economic Zone Authority) -listed company.
Dec 1998
Construction Department awarded ISO9002 from Nippon Kaiji Kyokai.
May 2000
Repair Department awarded ISO9002 from Nippon Kaiji Kyokai.
May 2000
Achieved an annual construction capacity of 7 vessels.
